VPNMoon Terms of Use

1. The service

VPNMoon provides an encrypted VPN tunnel, DNS-based protection from tracking and malicious domains, a private in-app browser, and related privacy tools ("the Service"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Free tier and subscriptions

• The free tier includes a limited amount of connected time per week, enforced automatically.
• Premium removes the weekly limit and unlocks all server locations. Subscriptions are offered as auto-renewable plans (e.g. monthly, six-month, yearly) purchased through your Apple ID.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Cancellation: manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the standard App Store terms (Apple's standard EULA).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, including but not limited to: violating others' rights, distributing malware, unauthorized access to systems or data, fraud, or sending spam. We may suspend access that abuses the Service (e.g. attempts to circumvent the free-tier limits or attacks on our infrastructure).

4. What we don't promise

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep servers fast and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific speeds, or that the Service is suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

5. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. In short: no accounts, no browsing logs, and we do not sell, use, or disclose your data to any third parties for any purpose.

6. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the app, server locations, free-tier limits, or these terms. The current version of the terms is always available at this address; continued use after changes means acceptance.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
